Patrick Pariseau, 54, of Shoreview, sues Liefschultz and Equity Bank. Allegations include fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, wrongful discharge and violation of the Minnesota Whistleblower Act.DEC. 27, 2011

Liefschultz sues Jonathan Pettengill and unnamed co-conspirators. Allegations include breach of contract, defamation, civil extortion and civil conspiracy. Liefschultz denies having anything to do with the Pettengill house fire, and accuses Pettengill of taking part in a scheme to publicly embarrass him to force unjust settlements.
