The Fourth Congressional District Democrats and Republicans will have their conventions on April 17. Rep. Betty McCollum, the five-term incumbent in that district is the only DFLer in that race. On the Republican side, delegates will be choosing between four candidates for the endorsement; Joe Blum, Teresa Collett, Brad Lee and Gene Rechtziegel.
