Kevin Love scored a franchise-record 51 points, J.J. Barea delivered his first career triple-double...and still the Wolves flew home from this seven-game, 13-day trip losers in double overtime at Oklahoma City Friday because, among many other factors, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook became the first players in NBA history to score 40 points each in a game twice in a season.

Here's the game story from Friday night, when the Wolves walked away wondering how they lost one after Love made a career-high.

Love's 51 were four more than Kevin Garnett's club record of 47 set in January 2005 and eight more than his previous career high.

Barea's 25-point, 14-assist, 10-rebound triple-double was the franchise's first since Garnett had his last for it, in March 2007.

It's been a looong road trip and I've got a flight in a couple hours back home, so I'm going to let the gamer and some video that should be attached up here by morning suffice for now and maybe I'll add some more thoughts about such a memorable game later on Saturday.
