Senate bonding bill joins the mix and weighs in at $999.9 million

Thursday morning Sen. Keith Langseth, the DFL chairman of the Senate bonding committee, was asked if his bill out be under $1 billion.

"Way under, way under," he said, causing some laughter.

Well, Langseth's bill is out and it weighs in at $999.963 million.
