Marathon Petroleum is proposing to build a new rail yard for storage of fuel, ethanol and asphalt in St. Paul. A preliminary environmental review has been done, and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is seeking public comment. Copies of the report are available at the MPCA's St. Paul office, 520 Lafayette Road N., or online at www.pca.state.mn.us/news/eaw/index.html.
