Prosecutors on Thursday charged Gregory Paul Ulrich, 67, of Buffalo, Minn., with second-degree murder, four counts of attempted murder and other charges related to the attack on an Allina Health Clinic in Buffalo that left one health care worker dead and four other employees injured Tuesday.
