Overrated
Fantasy football. I'm as excited about the Vikings season as the next Minnesotan, but I refuse to spend time worrying about yards amassed by some third-string running back just so I can have bragging rights back at the office. If statistics are so fascinating, why aren't more sports fans into math?

Dan Patrick. No one in the media asks sharper, more fascinating questions -- and, yes, that includes Christiane Amanpour. His sports-oriented morning radio show on KXFN (690 AM) is terrific -- and not only because he never talks about fantasy football.
