Naomi Irene Apolloni

Naomi Irene Apolloni (1947-2024)

Naomi Irene Apolloni, 77, of Rosemount, MN unexpectedly joined her husband with Jesus on May 12, 2024. Above all else in this world, Naomi valued the family she and her husband built over 56 years.

Naomi fell in love and married Frank on October 15, 1969. Together they had three daughters DeAnn, Rebecca and Angie. After beginning their marriage and family as Frank pastored Gethsemane Gospel Tabernacle in Northeast Minneapolis, they continued raising their family on a small hobby farm in Corcoran, MN. As a mother, Naomi was selfless in her devotion to her children. At every opportunity she placed their wants and needs above her own.

After being a mother, being a grandma was one of Naomi's favorite roles. She had steadfast support and love for each of her eight grandchildren. From sports and clubs as children to marriage and families as adults, Naomi was present and encouraging attending each event with a genuine smile. Her joy only grew as Naomi became a great grandma in recent years. Her free time was often spent watching videos and looking at pictures of her two great grandchildren or shopping for cute clothes.

Naomi will always be remembered for her kindness. She saw the best in others and never spoke a negative word about someone. When Naomi asked how you were doing, she genuinely wanted to know. Her gracious love extended beyond her immediate family to friends, family friends and even friends of friends. She will be immensely missed by her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren more than we can say. However, Naomi's hope was in Jesus, and we know that she is now rejoicing and praising in the unfiltered presence of our savior.

Naomi was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Frank Apolloni; parents Lawrence and Jeraline Dame and brother Jeremiah Dame, and is survived by her daughters DeAnn (Scott) Boecker, Rebecca (Jason) Karner, and Angie (Tony) Harteneck; sisters Star (Dan) Otten and Dara (Rick) Apolloni; along with eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 at Lighthouse Christian Church 3285 144th St W, Rosemount, MN 55068. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
