Audrey M. Draeger

Draeger Audrey M., age 73, of Brooklyn Park. Mom passed away at home on Saturday morning, December 27, 2002 after a 2 year battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by husband, Raymond. Mom is survived by many family members. Son, Mark Draeger and his sons Dan and Jacob; daughter, Chris (Draeger) and Bill Barrett with Stephen, Kelsey and Kaitlyn; daughter, Kathy Draeger and partner Cindi Anderson with Samuel, Kate and Brian; daughter, Becky (Draeger) Helfenstein and Duane with Lauren, Lindsay and Derek; son, Scott Draeger and twins Michael and Emily; and son, Jordan Draeger. Mom was born in the Depression of 1929. Life as we know it today is so much different. Mom and Dad struggled to make sure 6 children always had the basics to survive - for this we will always be grateful. We are stronger today and love each other and our children and will be even stronger for them. We love you, Mom. May you know peace. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 2, 2003 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center, with a short prayer service at 7:00 PM.
