Zeddies NOTE DATE & TIME Milton Daniel (Doc). Born 9/27/1911, Marathon Co., WI, died 12/17/2002, Sun City, AZ. At the time of his death, he and his wife had residences in Sun City AZ and White Bear Lake, MN. Preceded in death by wife, Helen. Survived by his wife, Marion; his sister, Martha Thompson; children, Suzanne Flinsch, Jane Zeddies, and Daniel Zeddies; stepdaughter, Judy May; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Doc received his BS degree from the U of WI, River Falls and JD from the St. Paul College of Law, now William Mitchell. Most of his professional life was devoted to the advancement of cooperatives. During his 30 years as general counsel for Midland Cooperatives, Inc., he served 10 years as treasurer. He also served on the boards of many local co-ops and was regarded as a national authority on co-op law. Gathering of family and friends to celebrate his life at St. Paul Pool and Yacht Club on Sunday, Dec. 29, at 6 PM, 1600 Lilydale Rd (off Hwy 13), Lilydale (651-455-3900 for directions). Memorials preferred to the estate of M.D. Zeddies for a commemorative park bench on the St. Paul Mississippi River Blvd., where he spent many happy hours.
