Christopher James Such

Such Christopher James Such age 44, of Crookston, MN, died Tuesday, December 24, 2002, at the Riverview Hospital in Crookston. Chris was born on August 15, 1958 at St. Paul, MN, the son of Raymond and Bonita (Gillie) Such. As a young child, he came to Crookston with his family. Chris was confirmed at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Crookston, and attended Crookston schools. As a young man, he began working for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, where he worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator. Chris loved fishing, motorcycles, playing pool and cribbage. He was a member of Crookston Eagles Aerie #873. Chris will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family and many friends. Loving family members include his mother, Bonita ``Bonnie'' Anderson and her husband Bruce of Crookston, MN; his father, Raymond Such and his wife Trudy of Fargo, ND; two sons, Derek Olson and Jeremy Such, both of Grand Forks, ND; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Cindy and Bob Ramstad of Ada, MN, Brenda and Bob Stoeke of Grand Rapids, MN, and Mary Przymus of Fargo; three half-brothers, Scott Such and his wife Cheryl of Hudson, WI, Brad Such of Minneapolis, MN, and Ryan Such and his wife Jennifer of Fargo; his grandmother, Erma Such of Hallock, MN; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Chris was preceded in death by his two grandfathers, and a grandmother. The funeral service for Chris Such will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, December 28, 2002 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Crookston. Visitation will be for one hour before the funeral at the church.
