Gary F. Wood

Wood Gary F. of Elk River. Gary was born in International Falls on September 28, 1946 and was a devoted hockey enthusiast. He played on the State High School Hockey Championship Team from 1962-65. He also had many hobbys and especially loved hunting, golfing, fishing, being outdoors and playing cards. Gary is survived by wife, Dalia; step children, Casey and Jake Lemke; daughter, Melissa Evens & husband, Lance of Maple Grove; mother, Adeline Haglund & husband, Wally; father, Francis (Frannie); brother, Terry & wife, Tammy and their children, Jenna and Zack; grandmother, Alma Hoffman, all of International Falls; sister, Jan of Clancy, MT; in-laws, Regina & Vytas Arnauskas of Omaha, NE; brother-in-law, Rick & Kathy and their children, Diane and Kristine, also of Omaha; beloved dogs, Scooter and Gunner; and many special friends. Services on Friday, 7 pm, at Joseph F. Klecatsky & Sons Funeral Home in Eagan (651-454-9488) with visitation one hour preceding. Service also in International Falls on Saturday, 3 pm, at Zion Lutheran Church with visitation one hour preceding, Pastor Larry Connors will officiate.
