Survived by wife, Naomi; daughter & son-in-law, Diane & Louis Goldenberg; son & daughter-in-law, Louis ``Sonny'' & Michele Birger; sister, Helen Nemer; grandchildren, Marnie Birger, David & Cheryl Goldenberg, Jason Birger, Deborah & Michael Armel; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Sophie and Daniel.
