John Jacob Marthaler

Marthaler John Jacob, age 81, of Le Sueur, formerly of St. Paul, died suddenly Dec. 6, 2001. Preceded in death by first wife, Maxine Handlon. Survived by wife, Anne; children, Kathryn Nordby (Alan), Susan, Greg (Karen), Gary (Alicia), Leisa (Thomas Hoover); step-children, Betsy Larson (Reuben) and Dana Tellijohn (Thomas); 13 grandchildren; brothers, Henry and William; sister, Ethel. Memorial service Saturday, Dec. 15, at 10 AM at Church of the Holy Communion in St. Peter, MN. Memorials preferred to U. of M. Foundation AFEC Scholarship Fund.
