Daley Paul Luhnow. Born December 9, 1950, in St. Helena, CA. Taken by cancer on December 10, 2002. Preceded in death by parents, John Patrick (Pat) Daley and Mary Ann Luhnow Daley and sister, Luci Daley Vincent. Survived by his dearly beloved wife and sons, Mary, Nicholas, and Luke. Also survived by brothers, Bill and John Daley, and many other close relatives and friends. Paul graduated from Macalester College with degrees in both Art and Mathematics. He and his wife Mary founded Treadle Yard Goods in 1976. Paul later worked as a computer programmer/analyst. Paul was a kind and gentle man with a brilliant mind, an indomitable spirit, and boundless optimism. He loved classical music, jazz, vintage mysteries, fine wine, and hiking along Lake Superior and the beaches and mountains of his native California. Above all else, Paul loved and was devoted to his wife and best friend Mary and his wonderful sons Nicholas and Luke. Memorial Service Saturday, Dec. 14, at 7:00 pm in Weyerhaeuser Chapel, Macalester College.
