Larson Loran, of Cambridge, born on 6-29-13, went to his heavenly home on 12-8-02 after living a happy, active and Christian life. Preceded in death by his parents, Eben and Ellen Larson; son, Wendell Larson; and son-in-law, Roger Provost. Survived Verna (Eastlund) Larson, beloved wife of 67 years; children, Loran Jr. (Linda), Roger (Elaine), Corinne Provost, Shirley Watson (Richard), Carolyn Johansen (Stephen), Jeanne Cook and Janet Larson; Ginger Larson, daughter-in-law; 23 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; sister, Evelyn Carlson and family; sisters-in-law; brother-in-law; cousins, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Loran was born in St. Paul, MN, spent 10 years of his life in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Canada and also lived in Isanti, Champlin, Anoka and Cambridge, MN. He attended Cambridge, MN schools and Bethel Academy. Throughout his life he worked as a concrete general contractor and a bricklayer, and was employed by the State of MN for 29 years. As a lifelong Christian, he served the Lord and gave gifts of service in many areas of ministry. In his retirement he spent many hours in his beloved workshop crafting gifts for his family and friends. He is missed and will forever be in our hearts.
