Betty B. Cowman

Cowman Betty ``Toto'' B., age 84, of Minnetonka, went to be with the Lord on 12/9/02. Preceded in death by parents; and brother, Judge A.L. ``Bud'' Twesme. Survived by Richard, husband of 49 years; daughter, Karen Alaniz; grandsons, Lee & wife Vicki, Lt. Bradley & wife Gretchen; sister-in-law, Dorothy Twesme; nephews, Dr. Ted Twesme & wife Mary, Tom Twesme & wife Mary, Tim Twesme & wife Lisa; niece, Katie Pusiteri & husband Dr. Gary and their children. Also survived by other close family and friends, most especially the DAR members of the General James Knapp Chapter. Betty was a University of Wisconsin graduate and a University of Minnesota School of Nursing graduate and worked as a long time nurse in the VA system. Service Thursday 1 PM at Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel, W. 50th St. & Vernon Ave. at Hwy. 100, Edina. Memorials preferred to Fairview Hospice. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
