Marguerite Mary Huber

Huber Marguerite Mary, age 49, of Scranton, ND, formerly of Excelsior. Born and raised in the Excelsior area, and died on her birthday Nov. 19, 2002 in Hettinger, ND, after a 20-year battle with cancer. A 1972 graduate of Minnetonka High School and a 1976 graduate of the College of St. Benedict, St. Joseph, MN. In 1997, she began her most recent employment as a mental health nurse practitioner with the West River Regional Medical Center, providing outpatient mental health services in southwestern North Dakota. Preceded in death by her mother, Patricia M. (Malerich) Huber. Marguerite is survived by her friend, Susan May, Scranton, ND; father, John T. Huber & wife Pat of Chanhassen; sisters, Mary Pat Huber of Minnetonka and Jane Hellen & husband Jeff of Westchester, PA; brothers, John P. Huber of Alaska and Akeley, MN, Paul Huber & wife Lisa of Chanhassen; nieces and nephews, Scott, Jackie & Jordan Hellen, Micaela, Lexy & Olivia Huber and Marguerite ``Macy'' Huber; and special friends, Gerry Sjoblom and Deborah Roerig. Funeral services took place on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2002 in Bowman, ND. Interment was also Saturday at the Haley Cemetery, Scranton, ND. Memorials preferred to the Susan G.
