James B. Antolik

Antolik James B., age 67, passed away on Saturday, November 9, at his home in Forest Lake, MN. Jim was a lifetime resident of Minnesota, but lived for the last 7 years in Lake Havasu, Arizona. He recently moved back to Minnesota. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; mother, Gertrude; 6 children, Debi Antolik (Tim), Jimmy Antolik (Joey), Mike Antolik (Lisa), Brian Thompson, Terry Thompson, and Jeff Thompson; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held at Bridgewood Community Church, 11670 Lexington Ave N, Blaine, on Saturday, November 16, at 11 AM, with visitation one hour to service.
