Survived by children, Joseph (Mona), Daniel, Edward, Thomas (Crystal), Jane (Angie), Robert (Donna), David (Joann) and Peter (Monica); 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; mother, Margaret Remus; brother, Bill (Shirley) Remus of Des Moines, IA; and many relatives and friends.
