Nancy Louise (Lanham) York

York Nancy Louise (Lanham) Our dear loving mother passed away peacefully on November 9th in Watertown, MN after a 2 year courageous struggle with lung cancer. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Orbrey York; and her twin daughters, Bertha Ann and Bonnie Jo. We believe she will be reunited with her family, her good loving parents, 2 infant brothers and others who have gone before her. Nancy is survived by her daughters, Paula Kay Smith (David) of Watertown, MN, Diane Bigelow (Brent) of UT and Debbie Cooper (Jim) of UT; she has 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons. She has lived a good life with high moral character and integrity. She will be missed by many friends and family including her sister, Paulina Wells of KY; her brothers, Charlie Lanham (Ruby) of OH and Ernest Lanham (Colleen) of KY; she has many loving nieces and nephews. Services will be held Thursday, November 14th, at 10 am at the Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave S, Mpls. Friends and family may gather 1/2 hour before time of service.
