Dubisar Cecilia C., age 74, of Osseo. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Victor. Loving mother, sister and grandmother of son & daughter-in-law, David & Brenda Dubisar of Crystal; daughters & son-in-law, Vicki & David Nerva of Osseo, Colleen Dubisar of Montrose, MN; 2 sisters, Martha Winans and Agnes Daire; 5 grandchildren. Visitation Tuesday (TODAY), 4-8 pm, with a 7:30 pm prayer service at the Evans-Nordby Funeral 34 - 2nd St NE, Osseo and at church one hour prior to Mass. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, 1 pm, at St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 9100 - 93rd Ave N, Brooklyn Park. If so desired memorials may be given to the Cecilia Dubisar Memorial Fund.
