Jeffrey D. Kirmsse

Kirmsse Jeffrey D., age 41, of Washington, D.C., formerly of Minneapolis, died unexpectedly. Jeff was an attorney with the USDA in Washington, D.C. Survived by loving parents, Rev. William and Deanna Kirmsse; three sisters, Jennifer (Andrew) Middleton of Yorkshire, England, Amy (Jerry) Heinen of Minnetonka, and Rebekah (J.) Forrest of Mpls. Also survived by his grandmothers, special aunts and uncle, nieces and nephews, and numerous esteemed friends and colleagues. Preceded in death by grandfathers.
