Fred W. Broberg

Broberg Fred W., of Mpls, MN, died Oct. 9, 2002 at age 95. Fred, a retired attorney of law, practiced law in Mpls for 54 years. He was a proud member of the Masonic Lodge, a Shriner, Zuhrah Temple, the American Swedish Institute, the Swedish Society, and the Tuesday Lunch Bunch. Survived by daughter, Aryln (Jerry) McCombs; sons, Stephen (Deidre) Broberg; daughters, Susan Lesch, Cynthia Johnson and Sarah (Jeff) Amirani; 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Sandgren; brother, Lloyd (Marge) Broberg; and many nieces & nephews. Memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 19 at 11 am at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 4557 Colfax Ave S., Mpls. Reception to follow. Private interment. Memorials to American Swedish Institute, 2600 Park Ave., Mpls, MN 55407. The family gives thanks for the support of Fred's many friends & relatives.
