Survived by wife, Mary Jane; daughters & sons-in-law, Terri Kramer, Tammy & Dale Copeman, Lisa & Keith Schwegler, and Cindy David; grandchildren, David, Katie, Courtney, T.J., Nikki, Callie, Kenadie and Logan; sister, Louise David; brother, Donald David.
