Hemming Judith P. (Gilbertson), age 95 and 9 months, passed away October 5th at 6:30 am in the hospital, of natural causes. Doug, her son, and grandson, Bradley, and attendant Celso were at her side through the night and at time of death. Judy was preceded in death by parents, Andrew & Minnie Gilberston; 7 brothers; 3 sisters; and husband, Clarence. Survived by daughter, Phyllis; son, Douglas; grandchildren, Sharon, James, Diane, Bradley, and Mark Jacobsen; great-grandchildren, Timothy and Joni Myron, Tami Hangsleben, and Robert Jacobsen; great-great-grandchildren, Jessica, Zachary, and Titus Myron, and Andrew, Jason, and Colin Grotte; nieces and nephews. Judith & Clarence met Truth early in their marriage and valued it through their life. They appreciated the Gospel ministers, and many friends through the years. Judy had an unusual gift playing the piano. She entertained many and played and sang with her sister at many funerals in younger years. She played mostly hymns, and did so the day before she died. Mom & grandma will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. We loved her so much and will never forget. Service 1 PM Tuesday at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Av S.
