Benson Ruth Alice, age 93 of Edina, formerly of Duluth MN & Des Moines, IA, on Oct. 4. After a brief illness, Ruth went home to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, C. Arvid; grandson, Thomas; brothers, Melbourne & Reuben Anderson; & son-in-law, John Davis. She will be deeply missed by her faithful daughter, Gail Davis; & admired grandsons, Stephen (Sara) & Michael. Member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Mpls. Former member of Temple Baptist Church, Duluth & Union Park Baptist Church, Des Moines. Service Mon., 11 AM, Albin Chapel - Eden Prairie, 6855 Rowland Road. Visitation 1 hour prior. Iowa Services, Tues. 1 PM, Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, IA. Interment, Highland Memory Gardens.
