Ryan (Ruegemer) Carole M., age 72, of Shorewood, formerly of Interlachen Park, Hopkins. Preceded in death by first husband, James P. Ruegemer. Survived by husband, Thomas Ryan; children, Karen Riepe (Jim), J. Jeffrey Ruegemer (Colleen), Laurie Potter (Don), Tammy Gamble (Steve); Tom's children, Tim Ryan (Karla), Tom Ryan Jr. (Kate), Peggy Porter (Steve) and Katie DuSchane (Paul); grandchildren, Donnie, Cullen, Karl, Corrie, Lauren, Dustin, Jeffrey, Jayme; sisters, Juletta Libbesmeier, Cyrilla Rosenberger; and special father-in-law, Judge E.J. Ruegemer; other relatives and friends. Member and past president of West Suburban Women's Club, member of Gourmet Club and Gourmaids Club. An active member and volunteer of the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Hopkins. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, 10:30 am at the Church of St. John the Evangelist, 6 Interlachen Rd., Hopkins (on Excelsior Blvd., west 1.8 miles from Hwy 100, or east one mile from Hwy 169, turn south onto Interlachen Rd). Interment Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation Friday (TODAY), 5-8 pm, with prayer service 7 pm at Gearty-Delmore Park Chapel, Wooddale at Excelsior Blvd., St. Louis Park, and one hour before Mass on Saturday at the church.
