Helen B. (Shaules) Rooney

Rooney Helen B. (Shaules), 91, passed away Sept. 6, 2002. Born Sept. 14, 1910 in St. Paul, MN. Graduated Visitation Convent and St. Catherine's College. Preceded in death by grandson, Steven Rooney. She is survived by daughter, Nan Lee (Richard); sons, William (Mary) and Patrick (Cathy); grandchildren, Jerry Lee, Michelle Lee Wolski, Michael Lee, Patti Lee Bentley, Michael Rooney, Jeff Rooney, Lynn Rooney Koch, Kris Rooney, Lisa Rooney Wiles, Shawn Rooney; & numerous great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the staff at Westchester Care Center, Tempe, AZ. Services were held Sept. 14, 2002 at the Church of the Epiphany, 222 S. Price Rd., Tempe, AZ. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Church of the Epiphany or Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
