Preceded in death by wife, Bertha F. and grandchildren, Kristen Ann and Rachel Marie; brothers, Andrew, Adolph, Albert and John Ahlstrom. Survived by sons & daughters-in-law, Robert & Dianne Ahlstrom of Maple Plain, Donald & Linda Ahlstrom of Waverly, Joseph & Lark Ahlstrom of Rockford; daughters & sons-in-law, Mary Walker of Sun City, AZ, Betty & Roger Piela of Big Lake, Gladys & Durward Pelkey of Maple Plain, Anita & John Gardner of Long Lake, Linda & Douglas Calhoun of Plymouth; 22 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Axel Ahlstrom of Delano. Arvid's stories will be remembered and retold by his family and many friends. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 3 PM at the Catholic Church of St. George, Long Lake.
