Erickson, Neil 9/1/30 -8/14/15 One of Jehovah's Witnesses passed away after a long courageous struggle with COPD. Cared for by Allina Health Hospice since July 3rd (Lisa/Julie). Born in So. St. Paul. Preceded by parents Sven and Mary (McKee); sister Genevieve; brother Donald; aunt Anna. Member of Summit Ave. Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. High School 1948 So. St. Paul. Worked at Armor's Meat Packing, Elk Cleaners, Hastings State Mental Hospital 1953-63. Private duty caretaker for 8 yrs., Mr. Anderson. Also, Ramsey Hospital psych ward, Locker Room 1976-80, various mantenance jobs at Dayton's, Plaza VII and Oak Grove Grocery for over 15 yrs. Survived by sister Shirley Mahlen of Juneau, AK; sister-in-law Hazel; many nieces and nephews and one great nephew, Ethan. A gathering will be held Sept. 20 at 230 Oak Grove St. in lobby and patio area of Oak Grove Apt. Hotel, 2 PM to whenever. Memorial service Sept. 26th at 2 PM at Kingdom Hall, 678 Hague Ave., St. Paul.
