Richter, Ryan age 30, of Eagan, MN, passed away on 4/26/07. He was an employee of Cingular Wireless and 1999 graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. Survived by wife, Jennifer; mother, Careadell Richter of Detroit Lakes; father and mother-in-law, Roger and Betty Fockler of Woodbury; and sister-in-law, Sarah Fockler of Woodbury. Preceded in death by father and grandparents. Memorial services 7:00 PM Friday, June 1 at Christ Lutheran Church, 1930 Diffley Rd., Eagan.
