Youmans, Fred L. Passed away peacefully at age 94 and entered his eternal home on 8/22/15. Preceded in death by Lois, his wife of 56 years; parents, Fred and Anna; sisters, Marie and Milly. Fred was born in Crookston, MN, on June 5, 1921. He enlisted in the Army and served with honor during WWII. After the war he worked for Northwest Airlines as a transportation agent for 30+ years. He is survived by his son, Greg (Laurie); and daughters, Pam (Dave) Jaye, Karen Youmans; grandchildren, Dan (Sara) Youmans, Natalie (Tim) Pust, Andrea (Ryan) Crozier, Molly (Justin) Barber, Josh Jaye; great-grandchildren, Leila, Makiah, and Adelyn Pust, Caleb Youmans, Conrad Crozier. He loved dancing, playing cards, golfing, camping, traveling, and especially spending time with his family. A kind, gentle man of integrity, he was truly loved by family and friends alike. We will miss his smile, but his love and memories will stay with us forever. Private interment Fort Snelling. Memorials preferred to Christ the King Lutheran Church. Funeral service at 11 AM Thursday, Sept. 3 at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 8600 Fremont Ave. S., Bloomington.
