Renlund, Lance Harold Age 72, of Burnsville, passed away July 25, 2015. Lance owned and operated Renlund Midwest Vending in Bloomington/Burnsville for 39 years--in later years with his son, Michael. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Nothing pleased him more than having his sons and grandchildren all together. He loved a good road trip; exploring the world with his wife, Fran; fishing or catching a Twins game with his sons; watching his grandsons play hockey; spoiling his beloved granddaughters; gatherings with his sisters and their families; and, sharing a laugh with his many friends. Lance could be found at the bowling alley on Friday nights and the golf course almost daily. He never went anywhere without meeting a new friend. He will be forever in our hearts. He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Evelyn. He is survived by his wife, Fran; sons Tony (Cari Anne), Patrick (Rae), and Michael; grandchildren Sam, Leo, Magdalena, and Molly; sisters Mary, Patricia, and Karen; nieces, nephews and many friends and former customers. A memorial service will be on August 8, 2015 at 11:00 am at Faith Covenant Church, 12921 Nicollet Ave S, Burnsville. Luncheon will follow at 1:00 pm at American Legion, Post 435, 6501 Portland Ave South, Richfield. A private interment with full military honors will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on August 10, 2015.
