Erickson Reverend Erick E. died 8/26/02. Born to Erick & Fanny (Leppanen) Erickson on 6/14/21 in Thunder Bay, Canada. Served in the Canadian Air Force during World War II. Graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary in Springfield, IL in 1947. Served congregations in MN and MI before retiring in 1987. Started a seminary in Nigeria. Married Violet Hill 10/24/52. Survived by wife, Violet; niece, Elaine Hill; cousins and many friends. Preceded in death by parents; and sister, Ellen Kivinen. Funeral service 11 am, Wednesday, at the Lutheran Church of the Triune God, 5827 Humboldt Ave N, Brooklyn Center. Visitation one hour before service at church. Private interment.
