McNelly Richard K. McNelly 8/19/22 - 8/12/02 Preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Barbara Smith McNelly. Survived by Edna Mae ``Pete'' Carlson and her family; Richard's loving children, Dana & Dan Flanery, Dick & Jan McNelly and Debbi & Rick Porter and their children; also survived by his brother, Fred; many nieces and nephews. Memorial service 6:30 pm Thursday, with visitation beginning at 5:30 pm at Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel, West 50th St and Vernon Ave at Hwy 100, Edina.
