Martin, Elizabeth C. Age 89 of St. Anthony passed away at her home July 7, 2015. Betty was a registered nurse for over 50 years in Duluth and Mpls. She was instrumental in implementing Mpls. Hi-Rise Nursing Program. Member of the Aquatennial Senior Singers. Her positive attitude and love of life has been an inspiration to all who knew her. Preceded in death by husband, William; daughter, Barbara Williams. Survived by children, Fr. William Martin, Robert (Jannette), Helen (Rick) Swanson, Kathleen (Don) Cinfo, John (Lynn), Judy (Mark) Kane, Betty (Dan) Sauvageau; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; sister, Gene Crowley. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, July 10th, 5:00 pm at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Ave. NW, New Brighton. Visitation one hour before Mass. Private interment Ft. Snelling.
