Miller, Rev. Dury A. age 98, of Woodbury. "Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he. I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you." Is. 46:4 Carried and sustained through life from Sept. 7, 1908-Sept. 19, 2006, Dury in all things had a zest for life and a passion for living. He loved people and he loved his Lord. He had a quick smile, an inquisitive mind, a love a music, and a desire to fix anything. He was twice blessed with beautiful wives: Evelyn Alberg Miller (1936-1969) and Beatrice DeLong Miller (1971-2002). He is survived by loved by four children, Jean Miller, Grant (Leslie) Miller, Marian (Jerry) Holm and Joyce (Don) Piper. He is also grandfather to Lara, Josh, Dan, Tyler, Jeff, Jack, Rob, Allyson, Erik, Monique, Andrea, Bruce and Carl; and great grandfather to Elizabeth, Emily, Zachary and Louis. Raised in Canada, he joined the Baptist General Conference and served in churches in Grantsburg, WI, Hinsdale, IL, Big Springs, SD and Indian Lake (Worthington), MN. Funeral service 3 PM Friday, September 22, 2006 at Elim Baptist Church, 685 13th Ave. NE (612-789-3591) with visitation starting at the church at 1 PM.
