Johnson Jonathan Scott ``Jon'' Johnson, 22, of Olathe, Kansas was killed in a motorbike accident August 3, 2002. Jon Scott was born November 15, 1979 in Olathe, KS to Pamela C. Gray and lived his entire life in Olathe. Jon attended Blue Valley Schools and Johnson County Community College. Jon was an excellent athlete, a Cub Scout and Boy Scout. He was an avid ``wakeboarder'' and ``snowboarder'' who spent his winters in Colorado. Jon loved the outdoors and the mountains. He loved the freedom and independence the open spaces brought to him. Jon is survived by his parents, John and Pamela Gray, and his brother, John Ray Gray of Paola, KS; his grandparents, Robert & Sylvia Johnson, Olathe; his aunt, Michelle Mosher and family; and many other friends and relatives in Kansas, Minnesota and Colorado. A service and interment will be held at Spirit Hill Cemetery in Jordan, MN at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 9. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers contributions to Cypress Recovery, Inc., 230 So. Kansas Ave., Olathe, KS 66061.
