Harder, William Ewald "Bill" Age 82 passed away on Friday, May 29th, 2015 following a long battle with cancer. Bill was a prominent attorney in the Minneapolis area serving as Vice President-Law, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Dayton Hudson Corporation from 1969 - 1996. Bill enjoyed being on the water, boating, and spending time with his family on Lake Minnetonka and Key Largo. His favorite moments were days spent surrounded by those who shared his quick wit and dry sense of humor. After retirement, Bill settled in Boca Raton, Florida.He is survived by his brother, Harry (Dick) Harder; sons, Richard, Timothy (Andria) and William III; daughters, Alicia Livingston (Randy) and Kimberly Van Eyll (James); 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Loretta and Harry Harder. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
