Budziak, Adeline M. Age 86, of Plymouth. Passed away surrounded by family on May 28, 2015. Preceded in death by husband, Peter; son, David; granddaughter, Anna and sister, Dolores. Survived by daughters, Teresa and Sandra; son, Paul (Lonnie); grandchildren, Jennifer, Brook (Kevin), Brittney (Matthew), Benjamin, Brianna, Emily and Patrick; great grandchildren, Elliot and Adeline. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends for her dedication and unconditional love. The family would like to thank the staff at DaVita Dialysis in New Hope. A celebration of Adeline's life will be held Saturday, June 6, 2015 at St. Joseph Parish Community, 8701 36th Ave N, New Hope, MN 55427. Visitation 10 am with Mass to follow at 11 am.
