Agnes JoAnne (Dziubek) Bucknum

Bucknum, Agnes JoAnne (nee: Dziubek) of Minneapolis, died on Monday, May 25th at the age of 66. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anna and Vincent Dziubek and her brothers Chester and Kazimer. She is survived by her daughter Kimberley Kolstad, son-in-law, Robert Kolstad and cherished grand-daughter Isobel Victoria. She is also survived by her family in Canada, sister Josephine, sister Victoria, sister-in-law Barbara; Aunt Mary Yamniuk, nieces: Mary, Joyce, Elizabeth and Irene. Memorial will take place at Minnehaha Senior Living in Minneapolis on June 17th at 3 pm. Interment will take place on August 6, 2015 in Rose Valley, Saskatchewan, Canada.
