Breeding Diane Louise, 58, of Sedona, AZ, died Wednesday, July 24, 2002 after a long battle with leukemia. She had lived in Sedona for the last 3½ years. She was born in Oconomowoc, WI on April 24, 1944 as Diane Louise Weber and lived there until graduating from Oconomowoc High School in 1962. She lived in the Milwaukee area until 1971 when she moved to Minneapolis, MN. While in Minneapolis, she earned a two year business degree at Normandale Community College. She and her husband, John, moved to Sedona in April 1999. She is survived by her husband, John and her son, Jason Kliewer, age 28, from a previous marriage, who now lives in Chandler, AZ. She also leaves behind 3 brothers, Dale and Robert Weber, Oconomowoc, WI and James Weber Edgemont, SD; and 4 sisters, Joyce Weber, Sedona, AZ, Barbara Schmitz, Milwaukee, WI, Mary Knoebel, Brookfield, WI and Judy Gerritsen, Norfolk, VA. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces. While in Minneapolis she, along with her husband, John, co-founded Shuffle Master, Inc., a publicly traded company in the gaming industry. She was especially proud of Shuffle Master and the high level of success it has achieved, employing over 200 people. She was also a vice president and director of the company until she retired in 1997. She also co-founded the Breeding Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that provides high school students with financial aid and scholarships for college students. She was its president and director until her recent death. In addition, she gave generously to many local, national and foreign charities - especially to those groups that help children and animals. She also belonged to the ``Women Who Make A Difference'', a Sedona group dedicated to improving the quality of life for everyone in Sedona. A nursing scholarship at the University of Arizona is being established in her memory. The family requests that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to this scholarship fund.
