Geraldine F. Paul

Paul Geraldine F., age 59, of Lake Elmo, formerly of St. Paul, after a long and courageous fight with lung cancer, and finally a stroke. Geri was taken home by her Lord on Friday morning, July 19, 2002. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald & Leona Nelson; and her sister, Carol. She is survived by her loving husband, Larry; and her 4 children, Daniel (Karen), David, Renee (Mark) Monson and Richard (Annie) Rudin; 11 grandchildren, Ashley, Michelle, Kate, Cady, Cody, Corey, Peter, Tony, Andrew, James and Kayla. Sister of Nancy (Jim) Swanson and Mary (Tom) Stimac; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Geri was known for her courage, determination, good humour, and strength of spirit. She was an avid bowler, 500 player and fisherwoman. But God and her family were first and foremost in her life. She will be dearly missed by all her grandchildren. Her last employment was as a Purchasing Agent at MCT, a job she really loved. Funeral service 11 AM Tuesday, REDEEMER BAPTIST CHURCH, 2479 Geneva Ave N., Oakdale. Interment Union Cemetery, Maplewood. Visitation 4-8 PM Monday at SANDBERG MORTUARY, 7th Ave & Charles St., N. St. Paul, and at the church for 1 hour prior to service.
