Fruen, Todd Cannon age 78 of Scottsdale, Arizona passed away at Sagewood Acacia Health Center April 30, 2015. Born in St. Paul, Minnesota. Graduated from Orono High School and University of Minnesota. Belonged to ATO Fraternity. Served in U.S. Naval Reserve. Succeeded Grandfather and Father in the operation of Glenwood Inglewood Spring Waters, a family controlled water business in Minneapolis since 1884. Was an avid hunter, raising labs and pointing dogs. Enjoyed sailing and raced in different classes of sailboats. Belonged to Minnetonka Yacht Club and Wayzata Yacht Club. Past President of Viking Chapter of National Eagle Scout Association, past President of Question Club, Vice President of Greater Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce Aviation Committee. Member of Minneapolis Rotary Club and became third generation with perfect attendance for 25 years. Member of Elks Club. Past President of American Bottled Waters Association. An active skier brought him to Vail, Colorado where he met his wife, Karen in 1967. Married for 48 years. One of Founders of Minneapolis Old Boys Rugby Team. Continued in Civilian Life flying, restoring, and preserving old military aircraft. Performed at various airshows with Warbirds of America. Todd was a great encourager and supporter to those suffering with Parkinson Disease as he did in his last 24 years. Participated in several Mayo Clinical studies for PD under Dr. Charles Adler. Survived by wife Karen, sister Donna Prewitt, Tacoma, Washington, daughter Kimberly Yineman, and granddaughters Jennifer and Lindsey of Minneapolis. Member of Scottsdale Bible Church. Attended several men bible studies. II Timothy 4:7. I have fought the good fight. I have finished the course. I have kept the faith. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice of the Valley, Mayo Clinic Parkinson Disease Research c/o Dr. Adler or your favo-rite charity.
