Moe, Joan Carole Born 6/25/36 Died 4/12/15. Formerly of Eden Prairie, MN passed away in Moline, IL. Preceded in death by parents Verne and Ardath Van and daughter Carrie Moe. Joan is survived by her children, Bruce (Theresa) Moe, Cindy Sorenson, Darolyn Barnett, 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and a sister and brother. A memorial service will be held on Friday April 24th at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 13600 Technology Drive, Eden Prairie, MN from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.
