Jepsen, Henry "Hank" age 85, died peacefully in his sleep on April 7, 2015. Hank was born in 1929, in Billings, Montana, to Peter and Minnie. He grew up in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, attended the University of Minnesota, and served in the Army in Korea. He married Donna (Lee) in 1954 and they raised their family in Bloomington, Minnesota, moved to a beautiful home on Mille Lacs Lake, and then retired to Oro Valley, Arizona. Hank worked in sales and loved people-he lived to know and to be known. He had extraordinary energy, great enthusiasm, and an endless list of plans and projects. Hank overcame major handicaps and was a life-long volunteer. In Minnesota, he was active in church, coached youth sports, and helped many years raising money with the Duff's Celebrity Golf Tournament. In Arizona, Hank was a president of the Vistoso Sun City Kiwanis, organized and cooked many dinners and "Breakfast and Beyond" meals at the Resurrection Lutheran Church, and volunteered his time and advice with SCORE. Hank was the founder of the Oro Valley Business Club and was exceedingly proud to see it continue to grow and prosper. Hank is survived by his wife and best friend Donna, son Paul and daughter-in-law Marygrace, grandsons John (Megan), Peter, and Paul and great- grandchildren Jackson and Shae. He was preceded in death by his daughter Karen. Hank was a good man. He was big, strong, kind, and happy. He is loved and deeply missed. A memorial and celebration of life service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, May 5, at the Resurrection Lutheran Church - 11575 N 1st Ave. Oro Valley, AZ 85737.
