Berzelius, John A memorial service for John of Scottsdale will be held at 11 AM on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Woodlake Lutheran Church, 7525 Oliver Ave S., Richfield. Visitation will be held at 10 AM. Preceded in death by his mother, Velma; and a nephew, Cory. He is survived by his father, Herbert; siblings, Sue (Tony), Herb (Nancy) and Robert; also survived by 6 nieces. Memorials may be designated to Woodlake Heritage Fund or the donor's choice. A family interment service will be held at Crystal Lake Cemetery. Full notice appeared 1/25/15.
