Britton MarLyn Virginia Britton, 81, of Edina. Faithful wife and mother, long-time Dayton's employee, fashion advocate. MarLyn Fredian was born July 29, 1921, in Chicago. She graduated from Immaculata High School and studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. In February 1946, she married Clifford, and set about making a life in Minneapolis. MarLyn was a person of great energy and enthusiasm, traits she passed along to her surviving children and grandchildren: Jim and wife Pam of Jacksonville, Oregon; Rob and wife Linda of Dallas, Texas, and their children Robin and Jack; and Carroll and her husband Harold Kail of Edina, and their son Evan. Also surviving is her brother, Dr. Alan Fredian of Chicago. Special thanks to Dr. David Pautz for his compassionate care.
