Elwood Chester Uner

Uner Elwood Chester, age 90 of Mound, born February 23, 1913, died at home Sunday, July 27, 2003. He is survived by children, Alan, Evon, and Randy; nine grandchildren; and nine great- grandchildren. Elwood retired from T.E. Ibberson in St. Louis Park after 49 years, served his country in WWII, was a fifty year member of Mound Masonic Lodge #320 and Faith Bible Class, lifetime member of Mound VFW Post 5113, member of Swedish American Institute, MN Arboretum, MN Historical Society, Westonka Historical Society, and the Gillespie Senior Center. Private family graveside service will be held at Mound Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Gillespie Senior Center, Mound. Huber Funeral Home Mound Chapel 952-472-1716
